The Council of the Danish-Estonian Chamber of Commerce (DECC) is elected at the annual General Assembly and comprised of volunteer member representatives. Please find the 2012/2013 council members below:
Jens Christiansen

Jens Christiansen is the owner and CEO of Christiansen Consulting OÜ, a management consulting company. In December 1997 Jens established Christiansen Consulting in Copenhagen and founded Christiansen Consulting OÜ in Tallinn in March 1998. He has work experience from various industries in different positions such as development engineer, quality director, head of operations, managing director, CEO and business consultant. His main fields of activities and specialization are Strategy Development and Execution, Corporate Performance Management, Balanced Scorecard, Coaching, Team Building, Management Development and LEAN. He is actively involved with the Foreign Investors’ Council of Estonia, where he was Chairman in 2008/2009.
Agnes Aaslaid

Agnes Aaslaid has a long time experience on communication management and organising conferences/seminars and other events. Her experience includes working as the Press Officer at the Estonian Ministry of the Environment (1996-2004) and as the Executive Director of the British-Estonian Chamber of Commerce (2004-2010). Since 2010 she is a Partner at MyConference OÜ, a company which mission is to organise quality seminars, conferences and corporate events. MyConference has managed to invite a number of well-known foreign speakers over to Estonia and initiate seminar series unique in Estonia. Agnes Aaslaid is a graduate of Estonian Business School.

Andrus Soodla

Andrus Soodla has been Deputy Director of Corporate Services at Danske Bank since 2007. During last 13 years he has been held several positions in Sampo Bank Corporate Services division. Currently he is responsible for International Corporate customers and carrying the role of Head of Baltic Cash Management.
Kristel Ditmann

Kristel Ditmann is currently working with one of Denmark's leading green energy companies - Vestas Wind Systems. Vestas has recently located part of its Global Supply Chain department to Tallinn, focusing on Metal Components and Composites. Kristal has previously been employed with several multinationals including ABB, Roche, Akzo Nobel. Her interest include art and psychology and she has been President for two periods of a non-profit making charitable organization - Estonian Family Planning Association.
Marco Iovino

Marco Iovino is Italian-Danish and lives since 2006 permanently in Estonia, where he has had business interests since 2001, after having lived for years in both Italy and Denmark. He is the owner of Livonian Wood OÜ, which he started also in 2006. The Estonian registered Company mainly acts as an international wholesale intermediary of solid wooden furniture, semi-finished wooden products and components for the building industry, by far most of it produced in the Baltic countries and entirely exported to several West-European countries.
He also is the founder and owner of The Red Baron Int. OÜ, an authorized wine importer marketing exclusive and selected Italian brands, together with wine accessories and cellar furnishings. He has experience in various different industries; however, his career focus has been continuously in international trading and management. Marco is a real European, with multiple citizenships and a multicultural background, speaking fluently several different languages.
Søren Hejnfelt

Søren Hejnfelt is the CEO and partner of Cognuse OÜ, a cognitive rehabilitation systems designer and producer for the medical industry. Søren has experience in a several fields like shipping, finance and oil & gas from his time with A. P. Møller Mærsk, communications and political science from his time with Center for Political Studies and has since 2006 owned and run several companies founded in Copenhagen - Denmark, Singapore and Tallinn - Estonia. Søren has lived in Denmark, USA, Singapore and Estonia and his main field of activities today is management and sales. He is actively involved with the Tallinn International Rotary Club.
Stig Terje Henriksen

Terje Henriksen is the CEO of Hadler TL AS Estonia, a food ingredients distributor with offices in Ukraine, Belarus, Latvia, Lithuania & China. He is also a board member of Coffee In AS Estonia, a retail chain with 15 take away coffee shops. Terje started his career at Scan Group AS, one of the biggest shipping enterprises in Denmark, where he worked his way up from shipping trainee to export manager. There he coordinated the opening of MSC Estonia, a container shipping line. In 2002 he became the sales manager of Qualitex AS Estonia, a fabric and garment factory located in Sindi, Estonia, owned by Toleram Group. Four years later he continued as the sales director at Marat AS Estonia, a garment producer.
Veikko Toomere
MAQS Law Firm AB OÜ, Partner Member info: Member of DECC council since 2007Business Class membership since 2007
Veikko Toomere is a Partner at MAQS Law Firm in Tallinn, a Danish-Swedish law firm. He graduated from Concordia International University in Estonia in 2001 and started his career with a smaller law firm called A Dato Partners. In 2005 A Dato Partners joined MAQS Law Firm. Veikko Toomere has been specializing in corporate law as well as M&A transactions. Before starting to practice law he held managerial positions in several companies mainly dealing with wholesale of oil.
