MarkIT is looking for a Danish speaker to join our international customer support team in Tallinn, Estonia to help grow and maintain our customer base in Denmark


Job Description

• Help our customers and our sales team with various day to day requests via email, phone, and Skype

• Keep an eye on our orders and work with our partners to ensure prompt and accurate deliveries

• Help our customers with their warranty cases and solve logistics issues

• Communicate with our partners to ensure smooth day to day operations

• Assist our finance team with customer queries and accounts receivables



• C-level or native Danish and English language skills, other languages are a benefit

• A positive and ambitious attitude coupled with a desire to help people

• Some customer service experience

• Confidence in your communication skills, both verbal and written

• Good problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and make decisions

• Interest in IT would be extremely helpful
