FICE - Foreign Investors' Council in Estonia

FICE - Foreign Investors' Council in Estonia FICE was launched in August 2008 as a lobby group acting through contacts with the Estonian Government and Estonia's Governmental bodies. Pioneering FICE members include the Austrian, British, Danish, Finnish, German, Holland, Norwegian and Swedish Chambers of Commerce, business clubs and marketing offices in Estonia.

The first FICE chairman for Mr Jens Christiansen (DECC 2008-2009), the second and current chairman is Mr Martin Breuer (Holland Business Club 2009-...).

In 2012, FICE is undergoing legalization/formalization process by becoming an official NGO, so far the organization has not had a juridical body. Also the upcoming year will include elections for the new chairman and hopefully also inclusion of the American-Estonian Chamber of Commerce to FICE.
