This year's speeches for the occasion shall be provided by

- H.E. Ambassador of Denmark in Estonia, Mr Uffe A Balslev will tell us his adventurous story connected with establishing the Nordic Council Ministers' Office in Tallinn 20 years ago. As a young diplomat, posted to the Soviet Union he flew from Moscow to implement a challenging task - to find and rent premises to open Nordic Council of Ministers' Office in three Baltic countries within 5 days just a week after the bloody events at the Vilnius' TV tower. - Mr Berth Sundtröm, the Director of Nordic Council of Ministers' Office in Tallinn shall brief on what has been done within the last 20 years and what is the agenda of Norden in 2011 when Finland holds the presidency.
